1. Who controls your data

The controller is Grupa Kozłowski sp. z o.o., Przylep-Kolejowa 33, 66-015 Zielona Góra, Poland, VAT ID PL9731121059, the owner of the MontCrane brand.

2. What we collect

This website has no analytics and no advertising trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

• What you send us. If you use the contact form, email us or call, we receive the details you choose to share: name, company, phone, email, site location and the content of your inquiry. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service acting as our processor.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, date and browser type. This is standard for every web server and serves security and diagnostics.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer. Basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract.
• Business contact and handling ongoing matters. Basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest.
• Accounting and tax duties once a job is ordered. Basis: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. How long we keep it

Correspondence: as long as the matter requires, then up to 3 years in case of claims or questions about earlier arrangements. Accounting documents: 5 years, as required by law. Server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's policy.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade data. Access is limited to companies that technically support us: the hosting provider, the email provider and, once an order is placed, our accounting office. Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can object to processing and request data portability. One email to hi@montcrane.com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

This site links to the websites of our group, including grupakozlowski.pl and kozlowskidzwigi.pl. Each has its own privacy policy and its own cookie settings.

8. Changes

If the way this site works changes, we will update this document and the date at the top.
